About Me

My name is Nancy. 

  Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at our page. I have been traveling with my kids from an early age. I am a cancer survivor who decided early on in my diagnosis that I wanted to move forward and create a life filled with collectable memories with my kids. 

Traveling has changed our viewpoint of the world and shown me unmeasurable growth in my children. Especially with my youngest who is on the Autism spectrum. My son was non verbal up until our 1st Disney cruise at the age of 4. We have kept traveling and been blown away by all the progress he has made since. 

When the children were younger we loved the flexibility of being able to travel during any season of life. As they grew we followed the traditional path most take with public school but homeschooling my kids always kept coming back up in our conversations. We knew that the biggest growth was done out in the world and even had several specialist tell me they noticed the impact it had on the kids, especially my son.

During the covid pandemic we were thrown into online schooling like many.  Initially we struggled because the system the schools had in place did not meet our needs. I adapted and tried other programs and we quickly fell in love with the K12 online homeschool platform we are currently with today.  Taking school on the road with us was a struggle in the beginning but we have now figured out what works and what doesn't work for us.   I would love to share more as we continue in this journey of our lives,   

I am creating a very special place where moms like me can come to share and encourage each to see the world through our children's eyes. Traveling to me  is about collecting special  moments.  Life is unpredictable and can sometimes seem like it is passing us by, I am hoping that by making adventures, it will help us celebrate the small moments and turn everyday into an adventure.
